Which resources can Wandy backup and restore?

As a Shopify Partner, Wandy has received and been able to process information provided by Shopify only. Therefore, there are some items we can't back up due to the restricted access to things like Settings because of the sensitive information contained within like credit card numbers, passwords, staff permissions, and other information like that. 

Things Wandy can backup and restore automatically 

Shopify currently allows Wandy to backup and restore the following items:

1. Products and Product Images
2. Customers and Customer Tags
3. Orders
4. Collections (and their associated Products)
5. Blogs and Blog Posts
6. Pages
7. Themes

When it comes to Products, Wandy can back up/restore all of the following properties:

• Title
• Description
• Photos
• Variants
• Product Type
• Product Vendor
• Tags
• Price
• SKU
• Bar code
• Weight, etc. 
• URL path assigned on a Product itself

Things Wandy can back up but can not restore automatically

1. Locations
2. Orders

While the app can't automatically restore this data, we do save it and can work with you to manually recreate/restore it, at your request.

Things Wandy can back up and will be released in the next version

1. Menu Navigation
2. Store Policies
3. Shipping Zones

Things Wandy can not back up and restore (due to Shopify's current limitation)

1. Product Inventory
2. Customer Saved Searches
3. URL Redirects that have been created in the Redirect Navigation Manager.
4. ALT TAGS for Products or Product Images, as this is considered metadata.
5. Draft Orders
6. Blog comments
7. Customer Accounts (we can backup/restore your Customer information, as located in your store admin under 'Customers' - but not your own customers' accounts, such as their login/password data, etc.)
8. Store Analytics and Graphs/Reports
   
9. Store Settings
10. Files (from the Files manager of your Store Settings) 
11. Other Apps (and the data located inside them)
12. Product Reviews (as these are located within a separate Reviews app)
