Please read this article to know what will happen with your data and features when you change your plan.
I. UPGRADE
If you are going to upgrade to a higher plan, you will need to approve the charge, and all data will remain the same, and you can also experience the better features of Wandy.
Please refer to our existing pricing plans here.
II. DOWNGRADE
There will have some limitations as below when you downgrade from Premium to the Free plan
- Can only backup 4 main resources
- Do not have daily automated backups
- Only have 1 year of history
- Lose access to the bulk restore function
- Lose priority access to Technical Support.
- Do not have a dedicated Customer Success Manager anymore.
